VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY FOR HIGH SCHOOL MUSIC STUDENTS

WHAT: We are looking for “expert” musicians to give preschoolers (4-5 year olds) a brief presentation/demonstration about musical instruments and answer questions they may have. Individuals or small groups welcome!
WHY: We are learning about the symphony and the families of instruments in preparation for a field trip to the San Francisco Symphony.
WHEN: Afternoon sessions would work (between 3:30-5:30) now through March 9th, and/or mornings during mid-winter break (Feb 21-24). 30-45 min per session.
WHERE: Santa Margarita Children’s Center, San Rafael (Terra Linda area near Scotty’s Market shopping center)
